We expect everyone using the villa to be respectful, considerate and polite.
We want everyone to feel like this is a place they can return to and therefore the villa is part of what their family is known for.
If you break it – you mend it.
If you have a problem, you let us or Phil & Jeanette know about it.
You use the villa at your own risk.
Be responsible on all accounts, regarding: noise, cleanliness, and please do be careful regarding potential fire risks in summer.
